How should I care for my apparel?
We understand the importance of keeping your apparel looking its best, so here are some tips to help maintain its quality. When it comes to items with heat transfer graphics and screen prints, it's best to avoid direct ironing. If necessary, use a low-heat setting while ironing inside-out to protect the design. Additionally, we recommend refraining from dry cleaning and bleach to preserve the garment's integrity.
For drying, opt for a low dryer setting or air dry by hanging the garment. Before washing, turn the garment inside out and use cold water with a mild detergent for machine washing. Remember to wash your garments with like colors to preserve their vibrancy and avoid any potential color transfer. As a precaution, it's advisable to allow 24 hours after receiving your item before the initial wash, especially if we've recently pressed your order.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! M Gibson Designs is all about supporting your custom apparel orders and we'd love to help you out with your unique requests! Whether it is 1 shirt or 1,000 shirts we are here to bring your vision to life!

Please note that the timeframe for fulfilling custom orders may vary based on the specific details of your order.
When will my order Ship?
We strive to fulfill all orders within 7-10 business days. We understand the excitement of receiving your package, so we make it a priority to get it to you as soon as possible.
*Please note that if you order from a pre-order launch the above order processing timeframe does not begin until the following business day that the pre-order closes.
How long will my shipment take to arrive to me?
Once your order is fulfilled it will be shipped via standard domestic shipping which can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. However, if you're in a hurry and need your order expedited, we've got you covered! Just head over to our Contact Us page and let us know. We'll work out the details, including pricing and availability, to ensure your package arrives in record time.
How much does shipping cost?
At M Gibson Designs, we offer a range of shipping options tailored to suit your needs! Whether you prefer local pickup in Wentzville, MO, for free, or delivery via trusted carriers like UPS or USPS, we've got you covered. I have a lost or missing package, what should I do?
Although we do our best to ensure the timely arrival of your items, we cannot take responsibility for lost or misdelivered packages. However, rest assured that we will assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping provider. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
What is your policy for dye sublimation items?
The typical turnaround time for dye sublimation orders is 4-6 weeks, upon artwork approval, and pending no issues with the print house. It is important to note that we do not directly print these items ourselves. We work closely with trusted printing partners to ensure the highest quality for your designs. This turnaround time allows us to coordinate and oversee the printing process, ensuring that your custom apparel or products meet our quality standards before reaching your hands.
Please note that any unforeseen issues at our partner facilities may impact the delivery timeline. However, we strive to keep any delays to a minimum and communicate promptly if any changes in the timeline occur.
The dye sublimation process is comprehensive and time-consuming so thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this process. Please note that your satisfaction is our priority, and due to the custom nature of this product there will be no refunds offered.
However, if any unexpected issues were to arise, we'll do everything possible to set things straight. We're here to make sure the end product is top-notch and we are committed to giving you quality you can count on!
What is your Return Policy?
At M Gibson Designs, we stand by our commitment to quality. Please note that we cannot replace items unless there is an error on our part or a defect in the material upon initial inspection of receiving your item(s).
Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final, which means no exchanges or returns. We know that finding the perfect fit is important to you, so we highly recommend checking out the sizing charts provided within each product. Make sure you take a good look and review your order before clicking that checkout button.
We understand that mistakes happen, and if there are any errors on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, or pickup of your order. Ship items back, or drop them off at the pickup location within 7 days of delivery of your item. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and make things right.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We strongly recommend utilizing tracking for returns, as we need to verify that an item was returned to us to process a replacement item.
